Prime Minister held a consultation in connection with tragic incidents  in army

ArmInfo. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a consultation in connection with the tragic incidents in the army with a fatal outcome.

According to the press service of the government, the meeting was  attended by Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan,  Minister of Defense David Tonoyan, Acting Director of the National  Security Service Eduard Martirosyan, Chief of the General Staff  Arthak Davtyan, Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan, Chairman of the  Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan and other senior officials  representatives of the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies.

The circumstances and causes of the recent deaths in the Armed Forces  were touched on in detail. The Prime Minister considered priority the  solution of the problems existing in the Armed Forces related to  criminal subculture and discipline, and emphasized the need for  consistent measures to drastically increase the level of discipline,  giving relevant authorities instructions.
