ArmInfo.On February 6, IDBank opened in Yerevan an innovative Center for Banking Financial Services, which is exceptional and unique in the enitre region. The center is located in the heart of the Armenian capital, on Northern Avenue (in Building No. 6).
"We promised the population of Armenia a lot of innovative solutions and one of them has been implemented," Chairman of IDBank Council, Russian entrepreneur Vartan Dilanyan told ArmInfo.
The project is original due to the fact that a corporate customer service area - IDBusiness and Privilege Banking are located on the territory of the bank branch ''Center'', which has a large number of bright and beautifully furnished rooms - a conference hall, meeting rooms, mini cafes for private discussions. The center becomes even more attractive due to the conceptual cafe ''Espress It Coffeeshop Company'' located on the same territory. A co-working center offering for rent a workplace for the required time for the services of entrepreneurs, freelancers and start-up companies is located at the ground floor.
At the end of the opening ceremony of the IDBank's "banking supermarket" innovation center the presentation of the new Visa Signature premium card for Armenia was held. The card offers the holder the opportunity to receive emergency assistance during trips abroad in case of loss or theft of the card, international medical and information assistance during travel and business trips, concierge services available 365 days a year. They help customers with everything related to travel, restaurants and entertainment, while saving time and money. To note, as of today, the IDBank branch network consisted of 13 divisions, of which 8 located in Yerevan and 5 in the regions. Nevertheless, the bank focuses on innovative products, mobile and Internet banking, which involves a wide range of products and services with remote control.
IDBank has been operating in the Armenian market since October 1996. The Bank's shareholders are: the Cypriot company FISTOCO LTD with a 59.68% share and the Lebanese CreditBank S.A.L - 40.32%. Indirect majority shareholders are individuals: Tarek J. Khalefe (CreditBank S.A.L) and Vartan Dilanyan (FISTOCO LTD).
According to the Express-Ranking of Banks of Armenia prepared by ArmInfo IC, as of January 1, 2020, the total capital of IDBank amounted to 44.2 billion drams ($ 92.1 million), assets - 150.8 billion drams ($ 314.3 million), credit investments and other loans - 80.3 billion drams ($ 167.3 million). The total liabilities of the bank as of this date amounted to 106.6 billion drams ($ 222.2 million), of which over 67% or 71.5 billion drams ($ 149 million) accounted for customer deposits (term and demand). The bank's assets increased in 2019 by 23.5%, total capital - by 9.7%, total liabilities - by 30.3%.
IDBank completed the year 2019 with a net profit of 3.2 billion drams ($ 6.6 million), with a y-o-y growth of 45.1%. IDBank's capital adequacy level as of January 1, 2020 amounted to 28.61% (with normatively required min 12%), the level of total liquidity - 26.93% (with normatively required min 15%), current liquidity level - 164.52% (with normatively required min 60%).
