Andranik Kocharyan considers unacceptable the fact that former  oligarch Ruben Hayrapetyan did not bear responsibility for  yesterday`s statements

Head of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security  of NA Andranik Kocharian believes that former head of the Football Federation of Armenia, former  Armenian oligarch Ruben Hayrapetyan, in his statement, in fact,  "wiped his feet on his offenders" and did not bear any responsibility  for these actions. Kocharyan said this on February 5 in an interview  with reporters.

It should be noted that Hayrapetyan made such a scandalous statement  on the eve after he was detained for illegal possession of weapons  and ammunition. Hayrapetyan acted brazenly and cynically, while  actually calling the head of government "Nikolka".

"The police have something to do in this matter. I don't remember  that after the 90s someone made such statements in the police. But I  don't think that the police carried out all the actions entrusted to  them, otherwise Hayrapetyan would not allow himself such behavior >,  Kocharyan emphasized.

The MP said that the police should be aware that it is a power  structure. "Last month, we gave the police additional tools so that  they could exercise their statutory powers, but yesterday I noticed  that the police were constrained in their actions. In fact, a blow  was inflicted not only on the Police, but also on the formed  legitimate authorities. It was in advance a well-planned and  well-thought-out strike, "he said.
