ArmInfo. The Special Investigation Service refutes the statement of the lawyer of the head of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan Amram Makinyan that  Tovmasyan and his lawyers are not given the opportunity to  familiarize themselves with the court decision on the search.

The CCC statement received by ArmInfo, in particular, states: "The  statement of the lawyer Amram Makinyan is misinformation. The persons  participating in the search, including the lawyers, the investigator  were given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the court  decision in accordance with the criminal procedure law. Makinyan the  goal is to impede the implementation of investigative actions, "the  CCC statement emphasizes.

The Special Investigation Service called on the group of lawyers  Hrayr Tovmasyan to act within the framework of the law and not to  disseminate statements that are untrue and misleading the public.  It  should be noted that this morning the CCC reported that a search was  being conducted in the apartment of Hrayr Tovmasyan. However, the  lawyer of Tovmasyan, Amram Makinyan, said in an interview with  reporters that the search was not carried out, since the rights of  his client and lawyers were violated, they were not allowed to  familiarize themselves with the court decision on the search.  "Investigative actions begin after reviewing the court decision. The  rights of the head of the Constitutional Court are again violated,"  concluded Makinyan.

Recall that Tovmasyan was charged under Article 308 of the Criminal  Code of the Republic of Armenia (abuse of power, resulting in  negligence with grave consequences - Ed). This is the same criminal  case in which the godson of Tovmasyan Norair Panosyan was indicted.
