As noted, most often in the Ambulance Service was contacted in connection with cardiovascular diseases, acute respiratory viral infections and injuries. The largest number of calls occurred on January 6 - 976, 220 people were hospitalized. As for children's calls, 798 calls were received on New Year's holidays, which indicator is 134 more than a year earlier. There were 276 children hospitalized.

Summing up the results of the year, Stepanyan reported that, in total, in 2019, 262,441 calls were received by the Ambulance Service, which is 14,558 more than in 2018. 59 671 people were hospitalized, which also exceeds the figures for 2018. The number of children's calls was 27,075, which is 506 more than the data for the previous year. 11 183 children were hospitalized. In addition, in 2019, 73 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning were recorded in Armenia; this indicator is 8 cases more than in 2018.
