Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles

ArmInfo.On January 9, according to the situation in the morning, there are impassable roads in Armenia. This is reported by the Ministry of Emergencies of the  Republic of Armenia.

The Vardenyats pass (from the Gegharkunik region) and the  Sotk-Karvachar highway are difficult for trucks.

According to the data from the Department of Emergencies of the  Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Department of Central  Administration of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergencies of the  Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all  types of vehicles.  Drivers are advised to ride exclusively on winter  tires.
