"I bow my head to the memory of the innocent victims who ended their lives in Kirovakan, Spitak and Leninakan 31 years ago, and to their mothers, fathers,  brothers and sisters who did not give up, believed that life is more  powerful than death, and dedicated yourself to your children and  grandchildren in order to prove once again that Vanadzor, Spitak and  Gyumri are eternal, "said Armenian President Armen Sargsyan.

In the series "Presidential Concerts", which was initiated by the  President of the Republic Armen Sargsyan, on December 6, a concert  called "Gyumri, my love," dedicated to Gyumri, was organized at the  Presidential Residence.
