ArmInfo. Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan was a bad leader and friend. Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan expressed such an opinion on December 2 in an interview with reporters on the sidelines of the opening of an "ADL diamonds" plant.
According to Sukiasyan, Serzh Sargsyan did everything for himself, for his son-in-law (ex-Ambassador of Armenia to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasyan, ed.). "I know him very well," he said, emphasizing that he was in good neighborly, but not good relations, because the former president had seized the Sukiasyan plant.
The businessman recalls that Serzh Sargsyan was not only a bad leader of the country, but also a bad friend. "When the Republic of Armenia was being built, he came from Artsakh and forgot all his old friends, even the one from whom he took over the presidency (Robert Kocharyan was the 2nd president, ed.)," he concluded.
