ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will pay a working visit to Bishkek on November 27-28.
As reported by ArmInfo in the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, On November 27 in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Mnatsakanyan will participate in the joint session of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers, Council of Defense Ministers, Secretaries of the Security Council.
And on November 28, the Armenian Foreign Minister, as part of a delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, will participate in the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
As ArmInfo previously reported, on November 28 a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council be held in Bishkek, The session will be attended by Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyzstan's President Sooronbay Jeenbekov, President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The heads of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) are going to discuss a number of issues, in particular, discussion of the problems of international and regional security and the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility.
On November 27, a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Ministers of Defense and the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils of the Organization is planned, during which it is expected to discuss about 20 issues, most of which are submitted to the session of the Collective Security Council.
During the session, it is planned to adopt the Statement of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on improving interaction and cooperation to strengthen international and regional security. Acting Secretary General of the Organization Valery Semerikov will also make information on the implementation of the decisions of the session of the Collective Security Council and the statutory bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organization during the intersessional period.
