However, according to the head of the Armenian government, he hoped  that President Aliyev, in response to his statement, would make a  similar statement. "I have been waiting for more than a year, but  there is still no news in this regard. If this happens, we will  achieve real progress in the negotiations. I hope that the European  partners and Minsk group co-chairs will encourage Aliyev to accept  this formula: any solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh problem should be  acceptable to the peoples of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and  Azerbaijan.
