The most important task and goal in  learning and developing this identity is, of course, the future, and  I am convinced that our national unification, the rallying of the  Armenian people is directly connected with the need to better know  ourselves. In this regard, the Mkhitarist Congregation has played a  very important role and should play a very important role. I am sure  that many materials have been investigated, and many more materials  will be investigated here. It should also be the focus of attention  of the Armenian scientific community, and we should also think about  future-oriented cooperation, "the head of the Armenian government  noted.

Nikol Pashinyan noted that he was pleased to meet with the Armenian  community of Venice, and all his foreign visits are always  accompanied by meetings with representatives of the Armenian  community, as this is part of the logic of government. In his speech, the Prime Minister touched upon the idea of  pan-Armenianism, noting: "For us ideologically, the Republic of  Armenia is not only a state founded by citizens of the Republic of  Armenia, but also a state founded by the Armenian people, because it  is written in the introduction to the Constitution of the Republic of  Armenia. The Republic of Armenia - it is the state of the Armenian  people, the state of all Armenians, regardless of whether they have  de jure citizenship of Armenia or not. Of course, our work and goal  should also be aimed at ensuring that all Armenians in the world also  have e jure citizenship of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic  of Armenia to become the core of life in Armenia has become a  representative of the interests of all Armenians around the world,  and all the Armenians of the world must also act as representatives  of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Armenia citizen. "  According to Nikolai Pashinyan, there have always been disputes about  national ideology in the history of the Third Republic. The head of government said that  during the days of the revolution he received many letters from  Armenians living in different countries of the world in which they  expressed their support and assistance to the revolution. This,  according to Nikol Pashinyan, indicates that in 2018 there was an  all-Armenian process that led to radical changes in Armenia. The  Prime Minister touched upon corruption phenomena and monopolies that  existed in various areas of our country before the revolution, and  noted that as a result of these processes today in Armenia there is a  problem of professional quality in all areas. Now we need to unite  the nationwide potential and focus on the development of the  motherland.

In response to a question about the ideology of national identity and  relations between the diaspora and Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan noted  that the government attaches great importance to cooperation with the  diaspora on many issues, but there is a problem with the  participation of representatives of the Armenian diaspora. The Head  of Government said that he had instructed the Chief Commissioner for  Diaspora Affairs to hold consultations with the widest possible  circle of representatives of the Armenian Diaspora and submit  proposals on the formation of a pan-Armenian structure.

Nikol Pashinyan also touched upon the issue of the longevity of  Armenian statehood and emphasized that dependence on geopolitical  factors should be minimized as much as possible, and for this we need  a new national thinking, a new approach.
