ArmInfo. The current negotiation process is causing me concern, but any, even the worst, negotiations are better than war. The third president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan expressed this opinion at the congress of the European People's Party in Croatia, speaking about the Karabakh conflict.
<As a person who personally participated in the process of self-defense of Artsakh, I well know the value of the world. From this point of view, any, even bad, negotiations are preferable to war. It is very important that the mediation efforts of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group continue to receive unquestioning support from the international community, "Sargsyan said, expressing regret that, despite attempts at a peaceful settlement, Azerbaijan continues to arm itself and threaten Artsakh and Armenia. Touching upon the cooperation between Armenia and the EU, Sargsyan emphasized that the relations are developing on the foundation that was laid during his presidency.
During his speech, the third president addressed representatives of the EU countries, urging them to complete the ratification of the framework agreement signed in November 2017 between Yerevan and Brussels (CEPA) as soon as possible.
