ArmInfo.The United States is absolutely committed to promoting a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. According to Trend, the US Ambassador to  Azerbaijan Earl Litzenberger said this during a live broadcast on  Facebook.

"I can assure you that the United States is deeply concerned about  the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This is a problem that is being  addressed at almost every meeting in the country. As one of the Minsk  Group co- chairs, we are absolutely committed to promoting a  negotiated peace settlement. Our efforts are based on principles The  Helsinki Final Act, which states that the process should be based on  three principles: an agreed settlement should be based on the first  principle of non-use or threat of Second, you must respect the  principle of territorial integrity, and third, respect the principle  of the right of people to self-determination.  You have probably  heard about these principles many times before, but I want to tell  you that we, the USA, really We strive to help find a solution.

This includes assistance in  the areas of health, education, security, and economic development.  We are determined to help Azerbaijan in eliminating the consequences  of the conflict, to seek a settlement of the conflict>, he said.
