Facilitation of visa issuance procedures with Denmark were discussed  in Armenian Parliament

ArmInfo. On November 20, the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia discussed the facilitation of visa issuance procedures with Denmark.

According to Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts, the document was  signed on March 14, 2018. Its purpose is to simplify the issuance of  visas for Armenian citizens to stay in Denmark and other countries of  the Schengen zone for a period of not more than 90 days for each  period of 180 days. The agreement lists documents whose presence is  sufficient to confirm the purpose of the trip to Denmark for certain  categories of citizens of Armenia. At the same time, diplomats will  receive the right to visit Denmark without visas.  Simplified visa  issuance procedures apply to the closest relatives of Danish citizens  or Armenian citizens legally residing in this country, members of  official delegations, journalists, participants in international  exhibitions, forums, scientific conferences, and international sports  events. This also applies to citizens visiting Denmark for treatment,  study, business. At the same time, the cost of a visa for citizens of  Armenia from 60 euros will be reduced to 30 euros. In addition, it is  envisaged to use long-term visa instruments for a period of 5 years.  The vote on the draft agreement is expected to take place on November  20.
