ArmInfo. The Armenian delegation led by the head of the Migration Service of the Republic of Armenia Armen Ghazaryan in Spain held talks with his Spanish colleagues regarding the prospects of starting a dialogue on visa liberalization between Armenia and the European Union.

Both sides praised the format and effectiveness of this meeting. Substantive negotiations were held on the issue of starting a dialogue on visa liberalization with the presentation of its various components. Armen Ghazaryan pointed to the effective implementation by Armenia of agreements on visa facilitation and readmission between the Republic of Armenia and the EU, which is a precondition for starting a dialogue on visa liberalization. He also presented the dynamics of recent years in the field of forced return. Spanish colleagues expressed their support for the efforts of the Armenian side to reform the sphere.
