RA MFA: At present, the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are  not negotiating on any specific document

ArmInfo. At present, the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are not negotiating on any specific document. This was stated by the Spokesperson of the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Anna Naghdalyan in a comment  for the Armenian service of Radio Liberty (Azatutyun).

In particular, the radio station recalled that the Foreign Minister of  Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, in his latest statement expressed some  optimism regarding the peace process, while after the meeting held in  New York in September he had expressed disappointment. What has  changed? The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan also mentioned the  documents under discussion. What documents did he mean?

"I would not like to comment on the enthusiasm, disappointment or  optimism of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister regarding the peaceful  process. I can only say that the peace process proceeds without  fluctuations. I would like to confirm that at present the parties are  not negotiating on a specific document, " the Spokeswoman for the RA  MFA said.  To recall, earlier the head of the press service of the  Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva, referring to the  words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar  Mammadyarov, told Turan that the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh  conflict agreed to start specific negotiations and documents are  already on the table. She added that the next meeting of the Foreign  Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will be held in early December,  however, it is not yet specified when and where.

It should be noted that the OSCE Ministerial Council in Bratislava  may become a likely meeting place for the Foreign Ministers of  Azerbaijan and Armenia on December 5-6, as the OSCE  Chairperson-in-Office Miroslav Lajcak spoke about.
