ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that the largest mission of the diplomatic service is to help our state and people to comprehend the world, and the world - the Republic of Armenia and its people. Pashinyan stated this on November 8 at an event dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the founding of a diplomatic school and the ceremony of pledging allegiance to young diplomats.
According to him, this is largely due to the degree of consonance of Armenia with global processes. In this context, according to the Prime Minister, it is very important that the educational system of the country as a whole, and the diplomatic one, in particular, endow with the skills to understand the world and its own people. "We must be able to take our place in the modern world, to protect and develop our identity," he said.
Nikol Pashinyan is convinced that it is important not to be on the edge of world history, but to become a part of it, which is an important component of increasing the country's competitiveness.
