The delegation led by Arayik Harutyunyan was also received by Speaker of the Armenian parliament Ararat Mirzoyan. Noting that presidential elections are expected in Artsakh next year, Mirzoyan noted the importance of holding extremely transparent, free, fair and competitive elections. "And, as they say, let the one who gets the maximum number of votes of Artsakh voters win, and we will unequivocally support Artsakh in this matter, stand next to Artsakh," he said.
