ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan declined to comment on the news about the possible opening of access to local bio laboratories forRussian specialists.
To recall that earlier, with reference to its sources, the Russian Kommersant newspaper reported, indicating that a memorandum would be signed as part of the upcoming visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Yerevan. Moreover, according to the publication, access will be guaranteed by the military as well.
"I will not comment on anything that is at the negotiation stage," Mnatsakanyan said on November 1 in an interview with reporters, urging him not to raise a storm in a glass of water.
He informed that the upcoming visit of Lavrov on November 10-11 is official. At the same time, the Foreign Minister pointed to an active dialogue and a broad agenda with the Russian side, which also covers regional and global issues. In addition, Mnatsakanyan noted cooperation within the framework of the CSTO and the EAEU, as well as cooperation at large international venues.
