ArmInfo.Armenia considers Georgia and Iran on the same plane, and we attach great importance to the development of relations and dynamic dialogue with both neighbors. This was announced on October 14 during a briefing in Yerevan by the official representative of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Anna Naghdalyan, answering a question about the state of the Armenian- Georgian economic relations in the context of the visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia to Yerevan on October 15.
At the same time, she found it difficult to talk about economic projects between the two countries, expressing the conviction that it would be more appropriate to address her colleagues in the economic sphere with this issue.
It should be noted that at the invitation of the head of the Armenian government, Nikol Pashinyan, Georgian Prime Minister Georgy Gaharia will pay an official visit to Armenia on October 15. After the official meeting ceremony, the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Georgia will hold a separate discussion, after which an extended meeting of the delegations of the two states will take place. Following the talks, the prime ministers of the two countries will make statements for media representatives. During the visit, George Gaharia will meet with the President of Armenia Armen Sargsyan, Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II. The Prime Minister of Georgia will also visit the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex, where he will honor the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
