Beeline CEO delivers lecture at BuissUp School of Young Leaders 

ArmInfo. Beeline Armenia CEO  Andrey Pyatakhin delivered a lecture at BuissUp School of Young  Leaders. As ArmInfo was informed in the press service of the company,  the audience involved 70 participants aged 20-30 from different  countries. 

Andrey Pyatakhin shared his success story, touching upon his career  and personal growth. Having acquired working experience in various  cities and countries, Beeline Armenia CEO emphasized the importance  of integration, acceptance of new culture and the ability to work in  new conditions. He also spoke about the skills that are necessary for  every leader and successful manager.

"Your main helpers and mentors in improving your professional skills  are your colleagues, managers and employees. Set ambitious goals  every day and try to achieve those, becoming better today than you  were yesterday. There are no unachievable goals, you shouldn't be  afraid of defeats and accept them as an invaluable experience,  analyzing and making conclusions. This is the secret of success,"  Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.

Gohar Ghumashyan, Director of the Foundation of the International  School of Young Leaders "BuissUp", thanked the dignitaries and  foreign guests: "I am overwhelmed with pride. It is especially  valuable that it is the young generation that realizes projects in  which other representatives of the same generation become  participants.  representatives of different countries gathered to  create and together build their bright future. "

The organizer of the International School of Young Leaders, which is  held for the third year in a row, is the Foundation for the Support  of Young Leaders. The school is a link between beginner specialists  and already held public figures, businessmen, and highly qualified  specialists. Trainings and seminars were held on the topic "From Idea  to Implementation," in which WayUp speakers addressed the following  issues: identifying problems, generating ideas, promoting the brand,  writing and presenting a business plan.
