Today, Artsakh is developing through state-building, and at the same time confronting Azerbaijani threats,> he noted. At the same time, it was emphasized that Artsakh was ready to introduce international standards for the protection of human rights whenever possible, classing itself as an integral part of the international community. Beglaryan invited students to visit Artsakh and conduct a study on the region. At the end of the lecture, the Ombudsman answered questions from students.
