According to the Kremlin's press service, in addition to the leaders of the EAEU member states (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia), the President of Moldova as the head of the observer state at the union, as well as honored guests - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong .
"The members of the Supreme Council will consider current issues of the Eurasian Economic Union, promising areas for further development of integration processes, outline tasks to improve the functioning of the Eurasian single market and expand cooperation in key sectors of the economy. The Leaders have prepared for approval the Concept for the formation of the common financial market of the Union, the budget of the EurAsEC for the next year and a number of decisions on harmonizing legislation in the field of transport and energy. The main directions of the Union's international activities for 2020 will also be agreed. In addition, a free trade agreement will be signed between EurAsEC and Singapore, "the Kremlin emphasized, adding that on the sidelines of the event, negotiations between the head of the Russian state and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will be held.
