Head of EU Delegation to Armenia: If we notice that there are any  violations in the country, we will immediately raise this issue

She noted that the EU provides assistance to the country at various  levels, including at the expert level. The ambassador said that she  welcomed the dialogue that exists between the public and the state,  and that the government always takes the opinion of the people when  making important decisions.
