According to the press service of the parliament, David Ishkhanyan, a deputy of the National Assembly, was elected chairman of the Artsakh-Australia group, and Artsakh Foreign Ministry press secretary Artak Nersisyan was elected secretary.
Stressing the importance of expanding ties with Australia in the economic, political and humanitarian spheres, during the meeting David Ishkhanyan noted the need to develop a common agenda for cooperation.
According to the report, friendly principles formed on August 1 of this year. together with the group "Australian Friends of Artsakh" (Australian Friends of Artsakh) in order to establish and develop institutional relations.
