ArmInfo. The cultural center-museum of the famous Armenian writer Hrant Matevosyan will appear in Armenia. Issues related to the process of its construction and activities were discussed during the meeting held on the eve of the meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
According to the press service of the government, the meeting discussed the substantive, administrative, organizational and financial aspects of the program. The Prime Minister noted that the government attaches great importance to the creation of a cultural center- museum, which will represent and popularize the literary heritage of Hrant Matevosyan.
He invited the writer's son, David Matevosyan, together with the Hrant Matevosyan Cultural Charitable Fund, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, the Yerevan Municipality and relevant specialists to discuss and present by December this year a project that will include comprehensive solutions to content replenishment issues , organization of administrative work and financial assessment. In this context, Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the government's strategy to increase the efficiency of cultural institutions and noted that the program of activities of cultural organizations should also include an assessment of the increase in own income and attract investments as an important component. According to the Prime Minister, this process can be started on the example of the cultural center-museum of Hrant Matevosyan.
