Thus, according to the document, Tigran Avinyan will coordinate the activities of the Cabinet in the following areas: Public administration reforms, including the development and coordination of policies, the management of public services and human resources, the provision of public services, accountability; The policy of economic development: including investment, the business environment, agriculture, tourism and industry, including the military industry; Territorial administration: energy, nuclear safety, mining and natural resources, water sector, waste management, transport, road construction, state property management; Communications: information and high technology, innovation, as the main information coordinator; Digitization: including a single digitized environment, electronic control and the digital economy; Social policy: including work, demography and social protection, healthcare, education, science, culture, sports and youth; Environmental policy; Urban planning and real estate cadastre; Statistics; Charity: including charity programs.
The areas of coordination of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan include: Financial and fiscal policy issues, including in terms of financing industry programs and events, managing public finances; Tax reforms: foreign economic relations, issues of international trade, the work of intergovernmental commissions; Work with international financial and credit institutions: including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Asian Development Bank; Work and programs carried out in the framework of cooperation with international regional organizations: including the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Union, the US Development Agency, and Independent States; Development of policy strategies, reforms; Anti-corruption policy.
