ArmInfo. The Anti-Smuggling Directorate of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of the Republic of Armenia continues to identify the facts of smuggling of goods.
According to the press service of the State Duma, over the past three months, cases of smuggling of narcotic and psychotropic substances have been recorded. Cases of violation of customs regulations were also revealed when a number of goods were imported into the Republic of Armenia. In total, 43 cases were identified.
In particular, the SRC department employees revealed about 5 kg 600 g of opium, 596 g of hashish, 383 g of marijuana, 104 g of methamphetamine, 29 gr heroin, 0.8 g of cocaine and 39 g of drugs such as <hash oil>. 536 tablets with drugs and 4520 tablets with psychotropic substances were also identified. In addition, as a result of the measures taken, an attempt to smuggle about 10 tons of goods, 50 kg of various types of drugs and 100 mobile phones was prevented.
