ArmInfo. Armenian-American relations are developing dynamically. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan stated this on August 14 during a press conference in Yerevan.
According to him, there is no lack of contacts between the two countries, and the dynamics that exists in relations at all levels is unprecedented. The Minister also assured that there were no closed topics at the discussions, and all questions were voiced, an active dialogue was being held on each of them. Answering a question about a possible meeting between the leaders of the two countries, Mnatsakanyan noted that the organization of a high-level meeting is always on the agenda and expressed hope that this moment will "mature". "But I would like to emphasize that there is no shortage in our relations from the point of view of interaction. Active work is being carried out at all levels," the Armenian minister said. Meanwhile, referring to a possible US reduction in foreign aid to Artsakh, Mnatsakanyan recalled that discussions on this issue are held in the Senate and Congress every year. "This year the discussions are still ongoing. This issue is also on the agenda of the Armenian-American discussions. The negotiations are not completed yet," the Armenian Foreign Minister summed up.
