ArmInfo. Former MP of the National Assembly of Armenia, businessman, owner of SAS supermarket chain Artak Sargsyan has been summoned for interrogation. The head of the information and public relations department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Naira Harutyunyan stated this in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent.
She also noted that Sargsyan received a notice, after which he appeared in the body carrying out the proceedings.
To note, earlier information was circulated in the media that a fight took place in the "Terrazza" restaurant in Yerevan with the participation of the foreign MP. However, Sargsyan himself immediately denied his involvement in the incident, saying that he was simply in the restaurant at that moment. In turn, the Armenian police did not confirm or refute the participation of the entrepreneur in this incident. To recall, the incident occurred on June 5.
