ArmInfo. The government of Armenia and Russia made a joint decision to send Armenian-Russian humanitarian aid to Syria, the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Armenia reports.
According to the source, humanitarian aid was sent to Syria through the Armenian-Russian center for humanitarian response. Humanitarian assistance is intended for the Syrian population affected by the military conflict. Help consists of nine trucks. It contains canned meat - 52.5 tons, canned fish - 35 tons, 40 tons of sugar, as well as rations of about 14.5 tons. Representatives of the Armenian and Russian sides will deliver humanitarian aid to the Red Crescent Mission in Syria, after which it will be sent to the population of the country.
