A criminal case was opened in the Investigative Committee of Armenia  on the fact of the assassination of a soldier of the contract service  of the Armenian Armed Forces by an opponent

ArmInfo. A criminal case was opened in the Investigation Committee of Armenia into the murder of Arman Araikovich Bulgadaryan, a military man of the contract service  of the Armed Forces of the RA Armed Forces, born in 1995.

According to the press service of the RA Investigative Committee,  Bulgadaryan was killed at one of the combat positions of the Nth  military unit of the RA Armed Forces located in the north-east  direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border around 18:40 local  time on July 28. Bulgadaryan received a bullet in the head, and died  on the way to the hospital Noyemberyan. In fact, a criminal case  under Art. Item 13 of Part 2 of Article 104 of the RA Criminal Code,  investigation is underway.

It should be noted that the press secretary of the Ministry of  Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan reported the  death of a contract serviceman on the eve. We also note that at the  beginning of last week another soldier of the RA Armed Forces  contract service was wounded by an enemy bullet in the same direction  of the state border. Doctors assess his condition as serious.
