According to him, today the relations between Armenia and Artsakh are good. "All-Armenian Games will be held in Artsakh soon. And you will once again see that we have a normal relationship," he said. To clarify what problems we are talking about, the Security Council Secretary assured that this was publicly stated. At the same time, he refused to tell himself what problems were between Yerevan and Stepanakert, calling for them to familiarize themselves with the statements made earlier.
To clarify what issues were on the agenda of his meeting with the President of Artsakh during his last visit to Stepanakert, Grigoryan noted that the focus was on the development of military infrastructure. "We have some gaps in this direction, and we strive to fill them completely. Speaking about the military infrastructure, I mean questions from building roads to business development. We also talked about the overall security strategy, given that we have a common security zone," he said.
Meanwhile, to the question whether there are any progress regarding the statements about the presence of some forces, trying to bring a split between Armenia and Artsakh (previously mentioned by Prime Minister Pashinyan, ed.), Have these individuals been identified in general, Grigoryan noted that there is nothing new on this issue.
