Political parties require the legislative and executive authorities of Armenia to abandon actions that threaten the statehood of the country and initiate an integrated approach to reform the judicial system in the country. "We also demand that the President, who is the head of state and the guarantor of the Constitution, address the National Assembly in connection with the current situation. He should urge the deputies to do everything possible to reduce the passions around the judicial system in Armenia including the Constitutional Court.We appeal to political forces, civil society and our compatriots, concerned about the future of the country, and urge them to abandon actions, hinder to establish the rule of law, unite around the agenda of legal reforms, providing the necessary professional support for their implementation, "the statement said.
The parties declare that in case of continuation of "lawlessness on the part of the current authorities", they will oppose this with all constitutional motodes.
