ArmInfo. The number of official cars in the state departments of Armenia will be minimized. The decision on this was made at a meeting of the government of the republic on July 18. According to head of the RA Prime Minister's Office, Eduard Aghajanyan, these requirements have already been established for ministries and government bodies (State Revenue Committee, police and others).
Now the same requirements are established for the bodies that conduct inspections. We are talking about the State Service for Food Safety, the Marketing Control Service (checking non-food items), the Subsurface and Environmental Inspection and others.
Personal service car will be assigned only to the head of the inspection. For all others, there will be a duty fleet, which is used if necessary. For each management in the inspections will allocate two cars. Thus, even the deputy heads of inspections will not have personal service cars. Earlier it was reported that the cars will be written off from the balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. In particular, it is envisaged to transfer 7 cars to the Inspection Body of Healthcare, and 73 cars to be distributed among the other inspection bodies.
