ArmInfo.The State Control Service (SCS) discovered the abuses committed by the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice during the procurement and use of fuel.
As reported on the official page of the State Control Service on the Facebook, during the monitoring it was found that from 2013 to 2018, the Compulsory Enforcement Service, according to preliminary estimates, purchased fuel worth about 143.9 million drams, however, it did not proceed from the needs of the Service itself.
SCS also informs that the data obtained during the monitoring will be transferred to the Special Investigation Service, in order to be attached to the criminal proceedings on abuse of office by the staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
It should be noted that Mihran Poghosyan headed the Compulsory Enforcement Service of judicial acts from 2008 to 2017.
To recall, on April 13, Mihran Poghosyan was charged by the Special Investigation Service of Armenia t in a criminal case initiated under "Assignment or embezzlement on a large scale" and "Abuse of office, which by negligence caused serious consequences". Later, Poghosyan was put on the national and international wanted list and was detained on April 19 in Petrozavodsk. According to media reports, Poghosyan is currently in Russia, where he asked for political asylum.
