ArmInfo.Armenia needs a new national for holding international matches. Head of the Football Federation of Armenia Arthur Vanetsyan stated this. According to him, today there is a question of choosing the territory and location of the new stadium: "Yerevan is not suitable because of the very dense construction, and the construction of a stadium outside the capital can stimulate the development of the infrastructure of the selected region". Earlier, Vanetsyan informed that Chinese investors want to build a new modern stadium in Armenia, which should occupy an area of 5-6 hectares, and around it will be a garden of 10-15 hectares. As for the "Hrazdan" stadium, then, according to Vanetsyan, it needs capital repairs, and neither the FFA nor the current owner has the means for this. However, he promised to assist the Federation in finding potential investors. Nevertheless, Vanetsyan noted that even after the repair, the stadium will not meet the standards for holding international matches: .
