According to the representative of the Foundation Lilit Adibekyan, AFFA was established in 2015 with the aim of developing the city of Masis. Today, with the support of the AFFA Foundation, the Cultural Center already operates in Masis, where children have the opportunity to learn French, theater, play chess. In 2020, it is planned to begin construction of the TUMO center. "Everything except the cafe is free," Adibekyan pointed out. The administrative responsible of the Foundation, Tigran Arakelyan, in turn, reported that the TUMO Center is expected to cover a territory of about 2 hectares, and serve not only Ararat, but also Armavir region.
