The Prime Minister said that he knows Badasyan as an intellectual, endowed with strong-willed qualities and a conscientious person who also has high professional skills. "Over the past year, Mr. Badasyan worked as Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee and during this period he showed himself with the best way, demonstrating high organizational abilities. And I think it is important that today at this crucial stage Mr. Badasyan should lead reforms in the justice system. At the same time, the prime minister expressed confidence that Zeynalyan's potential and experience could be used in state-building.
Addressing the new minister, Pashinyan stressed that creating a positive working atmosphere is very important for him. "I am sure that you are able to create such an atmosphere in order to motivate the Ministry of Justice and the system in general for positive, creative and innovative work," Nikol Pashinyan said.
Thanking the Prime Minister for his trust, the newly appointed Minister noted that it was quite a difficult task to head the Ministry after such a professional as Zeinalian. At the same time, he expressed confidence that with the professional apparatus he would be able to meet the expectations of the prime minister. He stressed that all strategic programs, in particular, anti-corruption, which is in circulation, should be designed in such a way that the public had a clear idea about the timing of their implementation and the expected result.
