ArmInfo. Armenian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Garnik Badalyan passed away. This was reported to ArmInfo at the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
To recall, the Ambassador headed the Armenian diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan in November last year. Last month, he was also appointed RA Ambassador to Afghanistan and Tajikistan, concurrently.
Prior to that, he spent 6 years as an Adviser to the department of analytics and political planning at the RA MFA. In general, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia worked in the Middle East. Badalyan was born on January 23, 1958 in the village of Banants, Dashkesan region of the Azerbaijan SSR.
