According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, on June 9, at 10:23am local time, the seismic services of the Ministry recorded an earthquake of magnitude 3.1, the source of which was located at a depth of 10 km. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the earthquake occurred 15 km south-west of the Azerbaijani city of Bard.
"The shocks at the epicenter amounted to 4 points. According to preliminary data, the earthquake was felt on the territory of Artsakh, in the city of Martakert, with a force of 2-3 magnitude," the RA Emergencies Ministry said.
