According to him, during the meeting in the White House with Fiona Hill, Special Assistant to the President of the United States Donald Trump and Senior Director of the National Security Council for Europe and Russia. They discussed the development of Armenian-American relations and more efficient use of existing opportunities. "The White House expressed readiness to assist democratic processes and reforms in the police system in Armenia," Grigoryan said.
The issue of the Karabakh settlement was not discussed at a meeting in the White House. At the same time, according to Grigorian, the role of the USA as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group in the process of peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict and a country promoting peace in the region was once again noted.
