The deadline for terminating the activities of a state institution is May 15, 2019. "The functions of the institution will continue to be carried out by a structural unit of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia," the document says.
The authors of the postulate remind that in December 2018, the Prime Minister of Armenia instructed the members of the Ministers Cabinet to submit proposals on optimizing the structure and departmental institutions in a short time.
