


ArmInfo. Relative of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was charged on grounds of part 1 of article 325 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, forms, state numbers of vehicles).
Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Naira Harutyunyan informed <Azatutyun> that a measure of restraint was chosen in respect of a relative of Pashinyan.
According to preliminary data of the Investigation Committee, it turned out that in February of this year he submitted a copy of the fake diploma of the Armenian Agricultural Institute with a qualification of Agricultural Mechanization with the qualification of an engineer-mechanic was appointed deputy director to the personnel department of the Dilijan National Park.
Earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page: "I don't want to violate the presumption of innocence, but this fact and the fact that the case will be considered under conditions of full-fledged legality and objectivity is another proof that we are confidently headed in the right direction. All are equal before the law.
The accused nephew of Prime Minister Mamikon Hovhannisyan stated in an interview with Svoboda that he, like everyone, is equal before the law.
