By selecting this option, the client will be served out of turn. The press service of the company told ArmInfo that the option has already been implemented in 20 Beeline sales and service offices in Yerevan, Ijevan, Kapan, Sevan, Echmiadzin and other cities. "At Beeline, we love and appreciate our customers very much and understand that there are certain categories of people whose service should be given priority in any circumstances. We already have the first estimates of our initiative and they are very positive - many subscribers, seeing which customers receive priority service, express respect and leave many positive feedbacks addressed to us, "said Andrey Pyatakhin, General Director of Beeline in Armenia.
Beeline plans to introduce the "Service out of turn" option in all offices in Armenia, which have an electronic queue management system installed.
