Pashinyan: No government in Armenia criticized the US as much as I  have

ArmInfo. No government in Armenia has criticized the US as much as I have criticized. The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said this in an interview with  NG, responding to the remark that not a single government of the RA  was so criticized by the United States as the Pashinyan government in  connection with sending a humanitarian mission to Syria.

"For us, the most important thing is to preserve our sovereignty and  independence. Of course, we cannot exist in isolation from regional  and international relations and realities. We are always open for  discussions, even on the issue of sending a humanitarian mission to  Syria. And ready to answer all their questions. We believe that we  made the right decision, which comes from the historical context.  April 24 is the anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. If Armenian  sappers demine a small area for games of those children whose  ancestors saved at least one Armenian, and such people definitely  exist in Aleppo, then our mission is justified. If Armenian doctors  save at least one descendant of those Syrians who saved one Armenian  during the genocide, then our mission has justified itself. And this  has already happened - our doctors in Syria have already performed  more than 100 surgeries", Pashinyan declared.  It should be noted  that Armenia sent a humanitarian mission to Syria consisting of 83  people as part of the Russian contingent, which was highly criticized  by the United States.
