Ameriabank opened 8th regional branch in Abovyan

ArmInfo.Ameriabank opened another regional branch - "Abovyan" in the city of Abovyan, Kotayk region, which is located at Constitution 7/2. In total, this is the  19th branch of the bank, and the 8th in the regions.

The branch will be open from Monday to Friday from 09:30am to  17:00pm.

"We always enter a new area with new initiatives, interesting  campaigns, in order to attract a customer base within a few months.  The main advantage will be that the consumer at the first stage  without additional commission can become Ameriabank's customer and  use our card and other services, " Director of Ameriabank for retail  banking Arman Barseghyan said.

According to him, the branch began its work with 15 employees.  However, over the course of time, with the expansion of business, as  A. Barseghyan noted, the number of employees will increase to 25. 

Answering the question of ArmInfo, A. Barseghyan noted that several  branches are to be opened in this year; in particular, Ameriabank  will open a branch in Echmiadzin.

He also noted that the contact center of Ameriabank since April 16  has switched to the 24/7 mode of operation. "That is, in addition to  the policy of territorial expansion, we are improving the quality of  service in terms of working hours so that customers have the  opportunity to use the services of the bank in case of unforeseen  situations> A. Barseghyan noted.

In turn, the head of the territorial administration of Ameriabank  branches Andranik Khachatryan noted that those individuals and legal  entities who open an account in the Abovyan branch before July 31,  2019 will receive certain preferential benefits. In particular, he  said that for legal entities that opened an account in this branch,  the bank offers a free annual service via Internet Banking and Mobile  Banking, the provision of a Business Card with free service for 1  year. In addition, 2 company managers will be provided with one debit  and credit card with annual free service, with the exception of  Infinite and Platinum type cards.

According to A. Khachatryan, the bank will provide individuals with  free one-year maintenance of Internet / Mobile banking and Telephone  banking applications, one credit or one debit card with annual free  maintenance, with the exception of Infinite and Platinum cards.

"As in all regions, Ameriabank again comes up with new offers,  providing the best services, introducing new quality of service,  creating competition in this area and financing new interesting  projects," said A.  Khachatrian.

To note, head of the Kotayk region administration, Romanos Petrosyan,  and Mayor of Abovyan, Vahagn Gevorgyan, also attended the opening  ceremony.

To recall, Ameriabank has been operating in the Armenian market since  October 31, 1996. The shareholders of the bank on October 1, 2018 are  the Ameria Group CY Ltd. - 56.6%, EBRD - 17.8%, Asian Development  Bank - 13.98%, ESPS Holding Limited - 11.62%.
