The Armenian Parliament issued a negative verdict on the draft  amendments to the law submitted by the opposition factions

The Armenian parliament at a meeting on April 16 issued a negative verdict on the draft amendments submitted by the opposition factions to the draft  law "On Military Service and Status of a Military Person" and "On  Compensation for Damage to Life and Health of Military Personnel  during Military Action."

According to the NA deputy about Taron Simonyan's "Bright Armenia" faction, the bill proposes that demobilized conscripts after it must undergo a comprehensive medical  examination and medical examination, and no later than one calendar  month.

 If it turns out that a soldier has health problems, the state is  obliged to assume all costs of its treatment.Another bill submitted  by the Prosperous Armenia faction proposed to establish a provision  according to which the servicemen would not have the right to be on  combat duty at the front line during the year from the moment of the  call. According to the vice speaker from the Prosperous Armenia  faction years of military personnel must gain experience, skills and  abilities, and only after that could they be in combat duty.It should  be noted that on March 29 the RA government issued a negative  conclusion on both documents.
