Head of the Supreme Judicial Council: Corruption in the judicial system has already been excluded, but there are still some cases of pick pocketing.

ArmInfo. One of the internal threats to the judiciary is distrust of the courts. This was stated on April 10 in an interview with journalists by the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Gagik Harutyunyan.

He noted that the constitutional requirement is that the courts administering justice must be a counterweight and play a deterrent role in the system of separation of powers."A court that administers justice selectively and subjectively at its own discretion cannot have public trust and, moreover, becomes a threat to the state.  Over the past year, the corruption system in the judicial system has been excluded. However, unfortunately, there are still some cases , so-called "pickpocketing", which will be fully exposed after the full implementation of the monitoring system, "said Harutyunyan.
