ArmInfo. The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia for organizing and conducting poker tournaments presented a claim for payment in the amount of 1 billion 650 million AMD of Senator Sport LLC.
According to the press service of the Tax and Customs Committee, LLC from November 30 to December 9, 2018 in the Golden Palace hotel complex in Tsakhkadzor organized and held a live poker tournament called "Armenia Snowfest" without a corresponding license.
The protocol drawn up on this fact was sent to the Legal Department of the SRC to investigate the case. In the course of administrative proceedings, the fact of organizing and conducting games with a win without a corresponding license from an authorized body was confirmed. "The Legal Department of the SRC presented a fine to the company in the amount of 1 billion 650 million drams: 1 billion 500 million drams and the amount of damage compensation in the amount of 150 million drams," the statement said.
